Letter № 047 · Stoicism
On doing less, and doing it well.
Marcus wrote his meditations to himself, not for us. The freedom in that thought — that work could be private, careful, slow — is what I keep coming back to.

A note on the practice
I write about stoicism, minimalism, and the small, unglamorous work that compounds: a clean desk, a kept promise, an hour of attention. The shop holds tools I’ve made for my own use — templates and books, sold quietly.
